Why is this waiver important?

Being strictly an outdoor photographer, this waiver allows me, Mary Capodici, the photographer and owner of Mary Capodici Photography, to inform you, the client, that I am not responsible for inclement weather. This means I am not liable for weather including: cloudiness (overcast/dark skies), drizzle, rain or storms.

Photography Waiver

I, Mary Capodici, photographer and owner of Mary Capodici Photography, am not liable for inclement weather including: cloudiness (overcast/dark skies), drizzle, rain or storms. It is in your best interest and my own that I may provide you the BEST possible lighting for your session. Should this occur during the session time and we are unable to pursue the session, you will not be charged a session fee. However, your non-refundable booking fee may be transferred to a different date and time. By booking a session with me, I am to believe you have read and understood this waiver.
